2002 Special Election

On 08/19/02 Ken was sworn in as the Senator representing Virginia's 37th Senate District. Click here for more details

Ken won the Special Election on 08/06/02 by a solid margin of 10%; sweeping 29 of the 37 precincts, he garnered 10,041 votes, or 55 percent, to Belter's 8,193 votes, or almost 45 percent.
